Özet

ÖZET

Bilgisayar yardımıyla imalat (Computer Aided Manufacturing-CAM), bilgisayar yardımıyla tasarımı ve çizimi yapılan bir parçanın bilgisayar kumandalı, sayısal kontrollü (Nümerik-NC, CNC, DNC) takım tezgahlarında işlenmesini içerir. Parçanın bilgisayar denetimli tezgahta işlenebilmesi için parça modelinin geometrik ve teknolojik verilerinin parçayı işleyecek tezgahın anlayacağı makina dilinde düzenlenmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmada (NC, CNC, DNC) nümerik kontrollü tezgahların çalıştırılmalarını sağlayan (CAM) programlama teknikleri araştırılmış ve bunlardan birkaçı kısa olarak açıklanmıştır.

SUMMARY

Manufacturing with the aid of a computer (Computer Aided Manufacturing-CAM) involves processing of a piece desigred and drafted by computer an computer-operated, numerically-controlled (NC, CNC, DNC) looms. For the prece to be processed on a computer-controlled loom, geometric and technological data of the model prece needs to be arranged in the mechanical language of the machine.

In this study, (CAM) programming techniques enabling the numerically-controlled looms to operate (NC, CNC, DNC) have been investigated and some of them explained briefly.
