Özet

Gelişmiş ülkelerde 100 yıllık bir geçmişe sahip olan ve 70‘li yıllarda artan kentsel raylı sistemle ülkemiz henüz 10 yıl önce tanışmıştır. Bu makalede dünyadaki ve Türkiye‘deki durum karşılaştırılmakta ve bir kentsel raylı sistemin başarılı olması için gereken koşullar ve politikalar ele alınmaktadır.
